Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; service will remain active through the end of the current billing period. Unless required by law or stated in a written agreement, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

Pay-per-appointment (if applicable)

If your firm participates in a pay-per-appointment program, billing definitions, dispute processes, and dispute windows are defined in your firm agreement.
